肌健功能评定

对于屈肌腱的功能评定，国内的学术研究常采用《中华医学会手外科学会上肢功能评定试行标准》中建议关于手部屈肌腱采用1975年美国手外科学会推荐的TAM（total active movement, TAM)系统评定方法。而在国际上近似通用的方法是Strickland方法（Strickland JW, Glogovac SV. Digital function following flexor tendon repair in Zone II: A comparison of immobilization and controlled passive motion techniques. J Hand Surg Am. 1980;5(6):537-543. ）。汤锦波教授提出新的评估方法（Tang JB. Outcomes and evaluation of flexor tendon repair. Hand Clin. 2013;29(2):251-259. ），被评价为比Strickland更严格的评估方法。伸肌腱的功能评定常采用Miller法（Miller H. Repair of severed tendons of the hand and wrist.
