Dr. Hollie Power, MD FRCSC is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. She completed her residency training in plastic surgery at the University of Alberta, followed by a fellowship in hand and peripheral nerve surgery at Washington University in St. Louis under the direction of Dr. Amy Moore and Dr. Susan Mackinnon. She completed a microsurgery fellowship at Asan Medical Center in Seoul, South Korea with Prof. Jp Hong and Prof. Peter Suh. Her practice is focused on hand and wrist surgery, peripheral nerve, and microsurgery. Her research interest is in improving outcomes after nerve surgery and she has published 3 book chapters and many papers on this topic. She is actively involved in the American Society for Peripheral Nerve, American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery and was selected as a Young Leader for the American Society for Surgery of the Hand in 2019.
