摘要：目的：通过对61例手部软组织缺损的修复。旨在探讨手部软组织缺损修复方法及游离穿支皮瓣在修复手部软组织缺损的应用。方法：对61例手部软组织缺损游离13种穿支皮瓣对其进行修复。结果：61例离穿支皮瓣成活60例，术后皮肤色泽，质地良好，手部功能恢复良好。讨论：游离穿支皮瓣为手部及其他软组织缺损较好的修复方法之一。

　To repair the defect of hand by free perforator flaps 61 cases

【Abstract】  Objective: To repair the 61 cases of the defects of hand by free perforator flap,a research was performed. Based on the results, free perforator flap must be a appropriate method to repair the defects of hand.  
Methods: 13 differents methods of free perforator flaps were used to repair the defects of hands 61 cases.  
Results: The results showed that 60 cases flap survived successfully.After the surgical operation, the colour of the skins are nomal,all these flaps recovered with texture, the function of these hands are good enough  Conclusion: It is one of the most effective methods to repair the defects of hand and other parts injured by free perforator flap.
