[写作] Is stress a bad thing?

     Are you under stress?  Do you sometimes feel sad? With the development of economy, the condition gives us more stress. Some people will feel that their can not cope with the demands made on them. This is the stress.
     What makes you feel stressed? So many reasons can be explained about this phenomenon. Firstly, we may have stress from job. When your leader orders you to complete a complex task or the stock of your company is declining. You will feel stressed. Secondly, some people get stress from learning. Almost of them are students. In modern society, teenager is demanded to learn so many skills. When weekend is coming, they can not take a rest. Their parents arrange them to draw/ play piano/handwriting and others. Thirdly, in some family, the problems of family are the no. 1 stress. When husband and wife argue with each other, all of them will feel blue. Even some people will divorce.   
     What is the influence of being under stress? There are some aspects when people are under stress. Firstly, some people feel unhappy. Secondly, some people feel suspense. Others people are insomnia.
      What attitudes should we hold facing stress? A famous person had said” no motivation without pressure.” We should hold an optimistic attitude when we face stress. There are some positive expressions under stress. Stress is a chance to improve ourselves. When we have stress, we will work harder to accomplish the task. Pressure should make us to achieve success.
But when the stress is out of your bearing, it is negative. You will be inefficient at work. Some people become extremely nervous. Even someone addicts himself to some bad hobbies. For instance, TV/ game/drug, etc. some people have mental illness.
     What should we do to deal with stress? We should take a correct attitude to stress. When the stress is coming, we can take a deep breath. When someone has an interview, he can do that.
     We should take regular sports exercises. I go to gym five days per week. We should choose the sport we like. You could choose swimming/playing football/running and so on. When you are in sporting, you can forget stress. Some music has the same function. For example, Bandari’s and Beethoven’s. When you are in stress, you may look back on past wonderful days. You can have a proper rest and speak out your problems.
       Stress is not a bad thing. If we have a positive attitude, it should be a good thing. Otherwise, it is not.
