Jinan named among China's top cities with worst air quality
Seventy out of 74 cities in China's most populated areas were found to have various degrees of air pollution in the third quarter in 2013, a report from the Ministry of Environmental Protection suggested on Tuesday.The probed areas include the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin area.
The 10 cities with the worst air quality include Xingtai, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Handan, Jinan, Hengshui, Baoding, Langfang, Tianjin and Xi'an.
The top 10 winners of the best air quality are: Haikou, Zhoushan, Fuzhou, Lhasa, Yancheng, Lanzhou, Xiamen, Taizhou, Huizhou and Shanghai.
