看得最多的一部，在考研复习期间每当气馁的时候就看一遍这部电影。肖申克的救赎

本人对此的感悟很深刻：
在现存的制度下有三种人从一开始大家都不适应，到后来分化成了三种一种是很快适应 而且如鱼得水。一种是不适应，内心痛苦 却不曾努力去改变 第三种是 不适应 努力去改变。

战争，是人类残酷的极至，生命在战争中消亡、人性在战争中泯灭，即使是有坚定渴望的英曼，在经历重重磨难后回到爱人身边时，也感到不堪回首，觉得以前的英曼早已经死了，现在的自己只是一个空壳，灵魂早已被战争这个恶魔撕碎。是啊，哀莫大于心死，一个曾经善良的、渴望爱情的年轻人，经历了战争的残酷，终日面对杀人与被杀，为了胜利或生存亲手杀死一个个鲜活的同类，他的性格能不受摧残么？当他回到梦寐以求的家乡时，他能忘掉那些血腥的场面和一张张死前极度痛苦的脸么？他已经不是英曼了，战争的残酷就在于此，不仅毁灭了死去的人，更毁灭了还活着的人。
同样，在与英曼分开后，艾达也经历了脱胎换骨般的痛苦变化，首先是父亲去世，孤苦一人，二是大家闺秀出身使其根本没有生存的经验，再有随时受到恶霸的威胁，加上心上人袅无音讯，承受着这些痛苦的折磨，对一个弱女子来说真是不堪承受，幸好，来了一个下层帮工瑞比，虽然同是女性，但劳动人民出身的瑞比，生存能力足以强过一个男子。两个女人相依为命，忍受着生活的艰辛、与残忍的恶霸周旋。在经过种种磨砺与英曼相见时，哪个曾经优雅可人的淑女不见了，站在他面前的是一个坚强的女性，真是别后悠悠君莫问，无尽事，不言中......

导演的话：我一直对研究社会心理学感兴趣，对人在面临某种压力时会如何反应 。本片的题材吸引我不光是曲折扣人的情节，更多的在于人的心理具有普遍性，不论哪个国家哪个民族。我故意淡化了故事的时间和地点因为类似这样的事件在世界每个国家都发生过，主题很国际化。通过影片我希望反应一种社会道德，我们作为社会上的人都有责任互相帮助。
